DIY Brooch Beanie (Statement Beanie)

Since it would seem that beanies are sticking around for awhile longer (yay!), I thought instead of embellishing with rhinestones why not style them up with a mess of brooches, or in my case a statement necklace. With inspiration coming from Candela's presentation I knew I definitely wanted to emulate that kind of glamour, and I wanted something quick and not so permanent so I can switch it up when I please. So while getting dressed morning I reached for a box of safety pins, grabbed my necklace and started pinning. And while it made the weight a little more, I was extremely happy with the outcome, I mean who doesn't want to stay warm and shine?
