I love kicking off Awards Season with the lusting after gorgeous gowns and dapper looking men, there's just something about the whole process that keeps me glued to the TV debating on who's was good and trying to not focus on that oh, so bad. This year at the Golden Globes was a toughie, I mean almost everyone looked amazing, from accessories to hair and make up, It was hard to find flaws. I was actually surprised though, with the lack of emerald tonight, but loved the lace, sheer, black and white.
Here are my best dressed picks for The Golden Globes 2013...
Anne Hathaway in Chanel & Kerri Washington in Miu Miu
I love that Anne went with a clean face and pretty pink lip with that gorgeous Chanel piece and Kerri's hair is flawless with that dress.
Helen Mirren in Badgley Mischka & Jennifer Lawrence in Dior Haute Couture
Helen Mirren is a Vixen, If I look anywhere near what she does at here age, I'd call it a win.
Jennifer Lawrence nailed the hair and make up with her Dior Gown
Naomi Watts in Zac Posen & Carla Gugino
Naomi looks amazing, I love her choice in color and shape, Zac Posen is a no fail. While Carla just shimmers in metallics.
Connie Britton's Hair & Amy Poehler in Stella McCartney
I'm going to go with Connie having the best hair of the night and Amy's look is just flawless, talk about a suit done right.
Amanda Seyfried in Givenchy & Isla Fischer in Reem Acra
Amanda stuns in white lace, resembling a goddess while Isla glistens with a pop of color on her lips.

Anne Hathaway's dress has really grown on me (at first I just wished it came in a bit more at the waist), and Helen Mirren looks fabulous 100% of the time (how does she do that?!). Such a fun show last night - love Amy Poehler and Tina Fey!

I loved Jennifer Lawrence and Isla Fischer! They were stunning. I also HATED Anne Hathaway's getup. I don't think it fit her well at all. Her hair was sweet, though. It looked great after growing it out from the movie.

I usually love Anne Hathaway, but I wasn't feeling her look tonight. She definitely wasn't even close to one of the worst dressed for me (oh hey, J Lo), but I wasn't a fan.
My favorite look of the night was Jessica Alba. Loved the bright color and her styling was flawless!
Everyone looked so gorgeous last night. Amanda was beautiful in that dress!

Completely agree about Anne and Kerry-- I was hesitant about Anne's at first, but it definitely grew on me. LOVED Connie Britton's hair as always, and also adored Amanda Seyfried's look!
