Would You Wear This - Holly GoLightly Sleep Mask

The other night I was watching Breakfast at Tiffany's and munching on gourmet cheese with my girlfriends when I felt slightly remniscent towards the glamourous times of Holly Golightly. I wondered if anyone still wears sleep masks, and tassled ear plugs. Alas, on a recent browsing trip at FredFlare.com I spotted this stylish, yet very similar Holly GoNightly sleep mask for $14.

Look For Less - Eva Longoria Parker

Eva looks fiery in this red one shouldered sheath with nude patent pumps. I don't know why but I go crazy over red dresses and nude pumps, it's just so chic. Remember when wearing red to tone down everything else, notice she has no jewelry ( maybe earrings). Keep it low key and let your fiery dress steal the show, and trust me it will.

I love how Jessica Paired hers with a boyfriend blazer and Vneck, an effortless sexy.

Perfect beach cover up, I'd also love to see it paired with wedges and a cardigan maybe.
I actually used this in a post a ways back and keep forgetting to pick it up. This can be casual or dressed up.
It's a steal at $15, I find it very versatile and pretty

I love love love the Missoni like patterns on these suits, I'm especially a fan of the ruffled tops (I'd like to try it in peach) and the hipster bottoms.

Fun yet Sexy, yes Please :)

I'd cinch the top at the waist with a brown belt and add a cute brown hobo

Scarves are the NEW must have necklace...

These are just a few of my favorites ;)

Tucker By Gaby Basora is Target's Next Designer Collab!

Print Queen Gaby Basora (behind the brand Tucker) has been tapped by Target as their next designer collaborator. Tucker has been seen on celebs such as Jessica Simpson, Joy Bryant , Jen Aniston and Lauren Conrad ( along with many others). Tucker's beautifully printed blouses and dress usually run in the hundreds of dollars range, so a Target collaboration is a winner in my book. I can't wait to see what she does, Tucker launches in store ( and online) early September 2010!

Also on a Jewelry note.... Temple St. Clair,  the jewelry line that's pieces run up to $30,000 is going to be Target next jewelry collaboration. Launching August 29th 2010.

Are these collabs you're excited about?

Look For Less - Taylor Swift and Tori Spelling

One dress and two completely different looks with this Urban Outfitters Dress ($58). I Love Tori's look, I however would substitute a braided brown belt instead of the twist belt. She looks very put together and pretty.

Taylor's look is also adorable, I'm not so much into the head wrap thing, but I'd wear just about everything else. Her looks is very casual cool.
Taylor's Look -
Coopertative Strappy 70's Sundress, Urban Outfitters $58
Headwrap, Forever21 $4.80

Which do you like better Taylor's Bohemian Style or Tori Put Together Look?

Would You Wear These? - Ruffled Peep Toe Booties from Old Navy

I spotted these when I was checking out sandals on Old Navy's website and wasn't sure If I should love or hate them? I read the reviews and apparently people loved them. They have a 4'' heel and are made of faux leather, they're cute but wouldn't you think they'd look 'cheap' (I have a pair of faux leather boots from Old Navy but they're used for rain boots because they look plasticy).

Ruffled Peep Toe Bootie  (Black $29.50, Gray $25)...Seems like a Steal for Under $30?

Zac Posen For Target

I literally called just about every store in my area just to find out which store was carrying Zac Posen and which one wasn't. I kept getting answers like who? what are you talking about? and I have no idea...You would think as an employee of Target, especially in women's clothing, you would know what you have and what you don't have. Finally I got a hold of a store nearby that had a clue as to what I was asking, and lucky me they put the collection out early.

I haven't seen a collection this amazing since Proenza Schouler, I mean I loved Temperly and a few others but this, WOWED me. Seriously. Everything looked gorgeous and well made, sadly they didn't have the pink gown I've been lusting to try on for months. However something unexpected caught my eye, the Ruffle 2 For Dress, was completely OH MY GHAD worthy. The pictures did it no justice, the fact that it's practically 3 outfits in one is really what makes it so amazing, wear the dress without the ruffled skirt, with it, or just the skirt. It's simply amazing. And it makes it even easier to justify $80 bucks.

Ruffle 2 for Dress $79.99
The Sailor Dress ( recently seen on Nikki Hilton) was my next favorite, it was fun, pretty and bold. I loved it, except for there was an issue trying to get it one with the tags and the slip, it was quite annoying.
The Tuxedo Pants were way to long for me, and crinkled at the crotch. Oh well, I didn't go to buy pants anyways. I liked the Brocade Dress, but didn't love it. The Black Sweater Dress fit beautifully, and the picture did it no justice.

Sailor Dress $39.99
Tie Dye Dress $29.99
Chambray Dress $39.99
Sweater Dress $49.99
Tuxedo Jacket $49.99
Tuxedo Pants $39.99
Brocade Tie Dress $74.99

I give the Collection a 5 out of 5, for it's beauty and (somewhat) practicality and make. I highly recommend this collection, it has a little something for everyone - even swimwear ( which I sadly didn't try on...I will next trip).

What do you think? Are you going to be getting anything from the Collection

I want a Bandage Dress for ( a lot) less....

I've been dying to get a Herve Ledger Bandage Dress Look - a - Like...Where do I find one for less? I want it to be in a springy color and I'm on a budget so under $50, please.

                                               In Search of Herve

 In Search of Herve -

I love a good bandage dress they can be pretty yet sexy, and uber flattering (given you get the right shape for your body). And it's seems everyone is knocking them off them off now-a-days (a ways back I wrote about an Herve Ledger knock off spotting at H&M), which is good for us frugal fashionistas!

Here's what I found....

Blush Tiered Tube Dress, Forever21 $27.80

Colorblock Tier Dress, Forever21 $24.80 ( Love this one!)

Splatter Tier Dress, Forever21 $24.80

Look For Less - Sarah Jessica Parker

I absolutely love this look, if I thought I might be able to pull it off I'd be wearing right now. It's very Carrie Bradshaw meets Indiana Jones, urban safari. I especially love those boots paired with the rolled up gray jeans! Tres CUTE! And the pop of color the tote ( or what seems to be a tote, I could be wrong) adds is the perfect accent.

Britt Import Scrunched Leopard Shawl, Lori's Shoes $32.00

Mossimo Black: Women's Shirred Tank - White, Target $7.00

Fab Finds Under $50 - Target

On a routine trip to Target I spotted a new shipment of flirty summer dresses, in bold prints and colors for $21.99.  I absolutely adored the sweetheart neckline on the vintage inspired polka dot dresses, they fit like a glove and looked even more lovely on. The ruffled dresses were just as pretty, and the soft cotton felt like heaven. My favorite was the green striped ruffle dress (perfect for Cinco De Mayo), I'd cinch it at the waist with a chunky brown belt and top it off with wooden jewelry for a cool bohemian feel.

Another fabulous find that caught my eye were a pair of Mossimo's Pleated Shorts for $17.99. With a cute cuffed hem and a variety of colors like white, black, olive, khaki and denim. I especially loved the pleated waist, looking more like a paper bag waist to me. I love paper bag waistlines, I find them flattering for just about every body type.

Would you wear any of my finds?
