Make Your Own Nail Polish

Spending hours on Pinterest is rarely a lost cause, especially since it's a beacon of inspiration. And with that being said, I want to thank Pinterest for my latest find, making eye shadow nail polish.
As crazy as it sounded I was determined to try it out just to make sure it was actually 'legit', turns out it is, and it is just as fabulous as it sounds. Say goodbye to tossing those 'broken' eye shadows, and hello to more nail color options....

Here's What You Need
 Clear Nail Polish
Loose Eye Shadow
&
A Little Bowl/Palette

With a makeup brush, add the desired amount of eye shadow to the bowl (I used 1/8 tsp. and got one coat, mix one coat at a time, it dries quickly.) Next, add a few drops of clear nail polish and mix together.

Apply to nails, and let dry, it takes a little longer to dry on your nails so add an accelerator if you're in a hurry. I found that it goes on completely smooth, but can get 'tacky' if nicked before drying.
Add a little glitter if you please...
