This Tiny Colorful + Bohemian Apartment in New York City Will Instantly Brighten Your Day
It's official: We're Moving!
and it's only few blocks away...
After 6 years in our cozy two-bedroom railroad apartment we're moving into more spacious digs. But before we pack up everything and say goodbye to our very colorful, quirky abode let's take a look back at the spot we've called home for nearly a decade.
I'll preface everything by saying it's such a bittersweet move. We absolutely love our neighbors like family, have made the most incredible memories and have put so much creativity into making this OUR space. It's honestly been such a wild ride since landing in New York 6 years ago with two boys in tow and then welcoming another one 4 years later. So hopefully you tag along for the next part of our adventure while I jump in headfirst to making our new space - home.
Here's one last peek at our Casa Zietz before we take all of pictures down, paint over the beautiful lush colors with Killz and load out...

Dare To Stand Out This Season With These Red Dresses Under $200
Bill Blass once said "When in doubt, wear red". I'll be damned if that hasn't become my mantra over the last several years, I don't know what has. Whether it's a red lip, shoe or dress - RED has that certain "je ne sais quoi" for making a statement that never fails.
This Kate Spade dress instantly won my heart upon arrival and I couldn't wait to take it for a spin on our trip. It ended up being the perfect dress for our Isla Bella backdrop in Marathon, Florida. A little western and a little Mediterranean. I'm especially all about that big ol' puff sleeve but the entire silhouette has me swooning for more!

The $8 Leopard Wrap Skirt That Belongs In Your Closet Year Around
You've definitely seen this little leopard wrap skirt before and it definitely won't be the last time but I'm going to let you in on little secret. It was an $8 find!
WORTH IT!
It could not have been a more perfect Florida Keys wardrobe addition. I could easily throw it on over my suit and wear it as a coverup or dress it up for dinner with a cropped top. The later ended up being these shots. We were driving to Islamorada on the overseas highway and HAD to stop at this gorgeous little spot and take full advantage of the golden light from the setting sun. Jane of the (island) Jungle vibessss.
As fall weather starts to roll my way, I'm seeing lots of layering with up chunky sweaters and tall boots in the near future. Cute, right?

Here's Over 100 Unique Gift Ideas For Everyone On Your List This Holiday Season From Sam's Club
This is a sponsored conversation written by me on behalf of Sam's Club. The opinions and text are all mine.
Season's Greetings! Please allow me to preface by saying I'm not one to get excited about the holidays when they're still months away. I'm absolutely the type to wait until it's the month-of to get in the spirit. Well, that was until I saw the winter wonderland that was the Sam's Club Holiday Event last week. Sure, it was a piping hot 90˚ degrees outside at the time, but as soon as I walked into the event to see the gorgeous Christmas Tree smacking me right in the face, I was instantly transported to a Wintery Wonderland with Christmas carols on full blast, festive appetizers passed around, and brilliant decor from wall to wall.
Six Iconic Pop-Culture Halloween Costumes That Will Win You The Best Costume Title This Year
It's officially #TFDIARIESHALLOWEEN time and I'm so excited to share this year's costumes! This year Jackie and I decided to do things a little differently by tapping some of our friends and fellow costume lovers, Gita and Diego to bring some amazing ideas to life.
We thought some iconic locations should play as our backdrop (the Empire State Building was probably one of the most prominent). Imagine walking down 34th street at 6am on a Friday morning and seeing flappers running down the street in full makeup. Or driving by...the Ghostbusters converted firehouse- in September? It was quite the adventure and I loved every second. We definitely had some fun this year, and I hope you love everything we created!
This Is Where You Need To Stay On Longboat Key: Zota Beach Resort
Longboat Key is a place that has a special place in my heart. Growing up in Sarasota, I spent over two decades frequenting the family's beach house. I spent the days nestled in the sand, making memories and enjoying the bath-like water of the Gulf of Mexico. It is and will always be one of my favorite places. Of course, a lot of changes and new spots have been added to the area over the last several years, and I have to say I found a new spot on the Key to love and frequent.

This post is sponsored by Harry and David. All opinions are my own.
Give me a reason to entertain and I guarantee you I'll jump right on it! So, when my birthday was rounding the corner I thought it was the perfect time to invite some friends over for a mini-celebration of adding another year to the marks. Since it was my birthday, I wasn't feeling up to the task of creating everything from scratch so I enlisted the help of Harry and David to make my life a lot easier.
