7-Day Challenge with vitafusion™

I don’t know about you but I have always despised taking vitamins. Taking chalky horse tablets with an extreme after taste is not for me. There was nothing inspiring about taking them, except maybe for the health benefits. And even then, there had to have been better options out there. Turns out, now there is. Honestly, It was only a matter of time before someone came out with a better way of taking vitamins. Enter vitafusion™ gummy vitamins, not only are they a great alternative to the previously mentioned horse tablets, they have a great gummy texture and fruity flavor - like eating gummy bears, but with benefits. And guys, these are good. I had to double check the label to make sure I wasn’t eating fruit snacks. Aside from the perks of taking vitamins, all vitafusion™ products are gluten-free, and made with natural fruit flavor and colors derived from fruits, vegetables, and plants. They can be found at retailers such as Costco, Target, Walgreens and Walmart {full list of locations here}.
I took the 7-Days to Feeling Good Inside Out challenge and gave three vitafusion™ gummy products a try while incorporating them into my daily lifestyle.

I started my mornings off with a pre-coffee and email, fruit and vegetable smoothie, and the vitafusion™ Gorgeous Hair, Skin and Nails multivitamin with biotin and antioxidants.
A little later in the day, post workout, I took the vitafusion™ Relaxed Mood vitamin that promotes calm and relaxation with 200mg L-theanine and 1.5 mg of Zinc.*

Finishing the day with vitafusion™ Beauty Sleep, about an hour before bedtime, to support sleep and wake up refreshed {3mg of melatonin and 100% of the daily value of vitamin D}.*
Now, it’s your turn to take the 7 day challenge! Check out vitafusion™ gummy vitamins and incorporate them into your daily life.
