Fall Essential: Knee High Brown Boots + A Giveaway

If I had to pick one pair of boots in my closet that I could not live without, it would have to be my brown leather knee highs. I don't know about you, but I wear them almost twice as much as any of my black pairs. For brown, it's all about the leather. It is extremely hard to find a faux brown leather boot that doesn't look cheap- or is that just me?  So, it's worth the splurge on a neutral that you're probably going to wear forever. After my favorite (and only) pair kicked the bucket last Spring I was forced to start fall without my closet staple. It just wasn't the same. That is, until these Johnston & Murphy Meridith boots arrived last week. Truth time: I've already worn them 5 times.

Personally, I wanted a more walkable boot so I opted for a lower heel than usual to keep it practical. But, they still give my petite frame a little bit of height at 3". While I'd love to say the color and leather are my favorite parts about the boots it definitely has to be the cushioned memory foam insole. Guys, it's heavenly. I walked to brunch over the weekend (it was a hike) and it felt like I was wearing my sneakers...super stylish fall essential sneakers...

Obviously you'll be seeing quite a bit of these this season, but my first pairing had to be with a floaty bohemian dress and hat before things get too cold and my legs are forced to be covered for the next several months. {Dress FreePeople, Hat & Bag Vintage,  Necklace H&M}

I love them, which is why I'm teaming up with Johnston & Murphy to give one lucky reader the same pair in their size. I hope you love them as much as I do.  {Enter Below & Share Your Favorite Fall Style.}
