NYFW: Day In The Life With Burt’s Bees

For Fashion Week this season I teamed up with
Burt’s Bees to share a day in the life at NYFW and to introduce their new {amazing} lip crayons. These Jojoba & Kendi oil (with just a touch of shea butter) enriched, moisturizing crayons have quickly won me and my cosmetic case over with their creamy matte colors created with 100% natural ingredients and no added flavors or fragrance. Now, I’ve found myself a bit partial to Hawaiian Smolder & Napa Vineyard, but there’s 6 shades to choose from so there’s a little something for everyone (check out the lip shade finder to find your perfect match).

Wear alone, or throw on some lipgloss and you’re ready to hit the streets & tents.

For Day Two of Fashion Week with Burt’s Bees, I kicked things off early on Friday at Stella Nolasco where I fell in love with her cheery floral prints, sheer, lace and metallic pairings and exuberant pops of color on everything from jumpsuits to flowing full skirted gowns.
Next, I hopped in a cab and made my way downtown to get a hair and makeup refresh with Burt’s Bees & TotallyHer at the Style Coalition Lounge. I got to catch up with Julia, while I grabbed a quick breakfast and swiped on Burt’s Bees Hawaiian Smolder before heading back to Lincoln Center for Zimmermann to fall in love with the metallic pleated skirts and dresses from the Spring 15’ collection.
After an afternoon at the tents I headed home to snap off a few pictures and a quick outfit change for dinner at the Style Coalition loft with Burt’s Bees & TotallyHer. I reached for Sedona Sands to give my almost all black ensemble a light pop of pink before heading out to see some of my old friends and of course, make a few new. We all connected over an intimate dinner of apricot chicken, cauliflower risotto and a honey cinnamon poached pear served over vanilla ice cream. The night went by so quickly, and I was sad when I had to part ways with Dianna at the train station.

I headed home, and got ready to do it all over again, just with different colors...
