Ok, so I'm kind of in love with this top. The wool is heavy enough to be a jacket and the drop ruffle makes it right up my alley. Now, if only it were a little longer thus making it dress length....
However, since it's slightly short these high waisted shorts are the perfect add ons to help fill the length gap giving me a the coverage I need. Throw on a pair of tights, and voila!
