Secretly I consider my self a jean girl at heart. Years ago I was all about pairing my trusty denim with just about everything. And while these days the stylings are not as often as I'd like, I always feel most comfortable when I slip on that pair of jeans with just the right fit.
So, when Abercrombie asked me to pick to test out their fabulous denim (at amazing prices, hello jeans under $40), who was I to say no? Now, of course I had to narrow down my choices from their expansive fit and wash range, finally deciding on a low rise skinny (a size-ish too big for a boyfriend, lived in feel) with just enough distressing. Fit wise, I have to applaud the back pocket placement for optimal butt shaping, because, let's be real that's one of our main factors when buying jeans, am I right?
Lucky for me the weather has been a little on the warmer side and I didn't have to completely layer up, limiting my layers to a metallic infused jacket and tank to help my jeans steal the show. Of course, details had to include a couple more pops of color and a feminine detail here and there to make it just right...
