Oversized outerwear isn’t such a new thing for me, on a given day I’ll probably opt for an oversized item over a structured form fitting piece without even second guessing (maybe it’s the occasional Olsen sister channeler in me). And while my petite frame isn’t always flattered by my choices I still find a way to make them work, after all, cozy trumps in the winter. Though, I will say, oversized pieces done right are more than enough chic to keep up with your stylish ways, and can even be that stand alone piece you’re craving on those lazy dressing days.
This leopard jacket, is just right for the winter here and gives me that dash of style I’m always seeking when getting dressed. I added a simple skirt layered under an (also) oversized sweater and went for booties to add a little ‘grunge’ to the styling.
