New Accessory: Lenovo ThinkPad Ultrabook

As a blogger there's an obvious need for technology: smartphones, dslrs, and of course, a reliable computer. While I do have a computer for my day-to-day writings, I've been on the hunt for something a little more compact and easier to manage when on the go. Because let's face it, whether I'm working or chasing my little people, I'm on the go. (So I guess that means always!) Originally, I had it in mind to spring for a tablet. Especially with Fashion Week coming up, I was just in no mood to tote my old school Macbook around, especially with it starting to slow up like molasses.

Luckily, Intel picked up my brainwaves and reached out about their Ultrabooks  How fabulous these are! I actually saw some of them first-hand last season at NYFW and loved them, so I was obviously in. One of the choices happened to be a Lenovo Thinkpad Twist.  This baby twists into a tablet, is touch-screen interactive and is perfectly compact at the same time.
It's almost like it was made for me. The Lenovo Thinkpad Twist has become my newest accessory and has been with me EVERYWHERE. I just whip it open, use it with it's regular desktop or opt for APP mode where you can skim over the touch screen and get everything done at once (and there's four ways all together that you can use the Windows 8 Apps). I'm not the only one who fascinated by it's powers, the boys are totally entranced, and it's the perfect distraction when I need to take a call or have a quick meeting. Again, life easier.

Now, with NYFW coming up next week, I'm super excited to see this baby in action and I hope that it cuts down on the burdensome issues I usually find myself bogged down with. Tell me about your Ultrabook style...Are you on the go like me?
