5 Ways To Style Pastels for Spring via Target.com

Top $30, Cuff $20, Pants $28 , Shoes $30

Ah, March 1st: the promise of the day we can toss our winter garb into the back of our closets and rejoice in the first signs of Spring. Spring may come sooner for me than many of you, but I have hope that you'll be able to sample all of this season's favorite trends in no time.

Of course, the first stop is Pastels. Spotted all over the runways last season, these creamy hues will be playing a special part in my style for the next few months. I can see them color blocked, print mixed, and full-on head to toe. And since I'm all about keeping things budget savvy when it comes to taking on trends, it will comes as no surprise that I’ve teamed up with Target Style to show you 5 ways I'm looking forward to styling Pastels this season. All are available via Target.com and each item is under $50.

Blazer $45, Bag $27, Skirt $12, Shoes $40
Paired with your other trendsetting pieces or alone, these delicate colors are stunning! Pastels can be styled for the office, a flirty date, brunch with the gals, or even a day of shopping. For a trendy take, pair with a crisp white blazer, vividly printed shoes, and a bright bag for a surplus of color. Try throwing a mint infused blouse over cropped print pants (a another spring must have), for eye-popping appeal. Opt for neutral pairings when going head to toe in the form of a maxi for a more bohemian feel or color up with pastel infused prints with a neutral jacket and bold shoes- it’s anything but boring! Of course there’s no shame in adding a little peplum for a little flare.

How are you wearing pastels this season?
Top $23, Bag $33, Necklace $17, Pants $25 , Shoes $40

Dress $30 & Belt $15

Jacket $40, Top $23, Pants (Reversible!) $35, Sunnies $17, Shoes $40

It’s Time for Springtime.
