Black Bean Brownies With Honey

Chocolate is one of those things that I don't think I'll ever be able to part with, I just wont. Lucky for me I really don't need to especially when there's so many healthy ways to incorporate it in your life. Black Bean Brownies for instance are the perfect example, they're rich, chocolatey and delicious. I originally posted this recipe a couple of years ago, but I was looking for something with a little less processing, i.e., skipping the sugar and using honey to sweeten instead. And boy am I glad, it gave the brownies a better texture, all the while making them little healthier.

And psst. in case you were wondering, these babies are gluten free.
