Apple Cider Waffles

Since getting a waffle maker a few weeks ago we've been on a waffle kick, and this was my first pick, and boy am I glad I started off with this because it's amazing and makes your kitchen smell amazing. Aside from it's soft, melt in your mouth texture the rich apple aroma and taste just makes it all worth whatever calories are there...They're a must try especially if you have some apple cider laying around!

Apple Cider Waffle Recipe - Serves 4
1 Cup All Purpose Flour
1 Tsp. Baking Powder
1/3 Tsp. Baking Soda
Tiny Pinch Of Salt
1 Tsp. Sugar
1 1/2 Tsp. Pumpkin Pie Spice
1 Egg
1 C Apple Cider (Or Pressed Apple Juice With Cinnamon)

Preheat Your Waffle Iron and Spray With Non Stick Spray. Combine Dry Ingredients in Bowl...
Add Egg and Apple Cider...
Mix Until Smooth...
Pour onto waffle iron, and cook for about 3 minutes, or until thoroughly cooked (each maker varies on cook time).
Serve With Warm (Real) Maple Syrup. Enjoy.
Great Way To Impress Your House Guests, Or Even Perfect for New Years!

I have never heard of apple cider waffles but they sound so good. Too bad I don't have a waffle press in New York, I'd be making them tonight for dinner!
