I've been looking for the perfect peplum tee for a while now and finally snagged one at Marshall's ($12) on Mother's Day. I mean nothing says Mother's Day like a little extra 'ruffle' in the hip area, am I right? Ha! So of course, I ran home threw it on with some black skinnies and colorful pumps and enjoyed the rest of 'my day' in style.
