Flower Power Frittatas

01 April 2012

Eggs are one of those items in our house we have to buy in bulk, so I'm always looking for fun new ways to make them for the boys, like these adorable frittatas that are perfect from Springtime, even Easter. And you don't have to go flowers you can use any silicon or cupcake baking cup...
Flower Power Frittatas  (19 Cups)
5 Eggs
1/3 Cup Shredded Cheese
1/2 Cup Cooked Sausage or Bacon, Chopped
1 Cup Onions, Green and Red Peppers, Chopped
1/2 Cup Milk
Salt and Pepper, To Taste

Preheat Oven 350˚
Combine all the ingredients in a bowl, and mix.
Pour into cups (if you're not using silicon, grease pan), set cups on baking sheet and bake 25 mins (or until firm and golden brown).
Serve with toast, Enjoy!
