Homemade Pecan Pie

I love pumpkin pie as much as the next gal, but sometimes a holiday feast could use a little variety, am I right? Enter pecan pie, it's hearty like pumpkin but gives a little crunch and a just enough caramel flavor to switch it up a bit. And
after realizing that it's a no fuss pie, I plan on making it a lot more, Christmas anyone?
