Edward Scissorhands and Kim!
For Kim, all you need is a little white dress.
For Edward Scissorhands, grab a black turtleneck, black slim fit pants, a bunch of belts and/or buckles, and assorted scissors (if you want to go for the real thing - we thought colorful fiskar scissors would be kind of funny). Layer the belts together over the black turtleneck and pants, add some makeup, tape on the scissors (or make faux scissors out of cardboard and construction paper) and you're good to go win a halloween costume contest.
