After spending most of January stationary courtesy of the flu I've found myself becoming more and more active as far as heading to events, getting things done and trying new things. This week was an excellent example of all of the above. If you've been following along with me on Instastories (@meganzietz) you might have spotted some of these already...
Here's what I've been up to this week...
A fresh blowout from Olivia Christiansen Salon booked with Lookbooker (get $10 off your first booking on the app!). This adorable salon on 48th street between 2nd and 1st Ave. I went with "The Bohemian" style which translated to loose, messy waves, my fave.
Next, Lunch with Scout Bags. Their new Spring collection launches today so head over and check out the new goodies. The 22 new patterns + 4 returning patterns + 3 new products will not disappoint. The come in a ton of different textiles making them great for just about any job out there, even doubling as a diaper bag maybe? (Also, they're super affordable).
Plus, their lunch at Prune could not have been more perfect. If you're in the city, check out Prune and do yourself a favor and order the burger, it's heavenly.
Plus, homemade strawberry milk and oatmeal cookies - swoon.
At home: I updated the knobs on my tv stand. It's no huge feat but it definitely makes a difference.
And finally, Thursday's adventures. I started the morning off at the Active Collective Trade Show previewing upcoming collections from activewear brands. I immediately fell in love with all of the black and white printed sports bra and legging sets. Major swoon.
Finishing the day off at the Crate and Barrel Spa Day in their own little greenhouse in Bryant Park. Heavenly food, bouquets of crisp white flowers, massages, personalized aromatherapy all in honor of their Spring Collection. I'm in love with everything from the wall hanging to the furniture. I may not have room right this second but I WILL MAKE ROOM for these additions.
