My Makeup Removal Routine

I think one of the best pieces of beauty advice I've been given was; never go
to sleep with make up on, ever. Sure, there's been some times where I've had a little too much fun with the girls and didn't heed to that glorious piece of advice, but I can promise you I came to regret that choice when morning came {raccoon eyes and all}. Now, at the very least I give my face a good once over with an exfoliating cotton pad and dab or two of coconut oil. It removes my makeup and I feel better about hitting the sheets. In most cases I have time for a good cleanse at the sink or shower {{Currently Using: Burt's Bees Refining Cleanser}} and then follow up with coconut oil to wipe the eye make up residue off and then finish with serum and eye cream.

So, I'm going bare once again to team up with Swisspers and take part in their National Sleep Naked Night Tweet-a-thon. I'll be joining a handful of gorgeous ladies to answer your beauty questions on Twitter this Sunday 5/17 with @Swisspers from 7-10 ET! Join us for free samples & your chance to win a makeup bag full of goodies. Plus show off your face sans makeup with the hashtag #sleepnaked for the "Naked Selfie" Contest and you could win $1000!
