NYFW Spring 2014 Beauty

With a whole mess of NYFW coverage still ahead of me, I had couldn't resist summing up some of my favorite beauty looks spotted on and off the runway during the week. My first favorite from Son Jung Wan's collection was the sleek and voluminous pony. Teased and crimped for optimal perfection caught my attention for future 'hair to's' - that is if I don't make a hot mess out of it.
Braids also had another moment, the models at Mara Hoffman had tied off (practically) floor length braids to go with her always bohemian styles. Is it just me or is this a perfect time to whip your hair back and forth? I know I would...
Sleek hair from Richard Chai probably wouldn't happen on this mind of it's own mane, however the barely there makeup was definitely up my alley. The collection was also amazing, how fabulous is this layering?
While playing I spy on the front row, I noticed red lips are becoming quite the trend and I'm ok with this.
Being that I washed my hair a whole two times during the week, I embraced dirty hair for all occasions and it never looked so good. Never.washing.my.hair.again.
Deep green, almost black at Mark and Estel by Zoya was a personal favorite.
Soft, effortless looking waves at Ruffian gave a pretty, feminine appeal without looking too done.
