While out shopping the other day I managed to pick up some fun pieces, like this dress from H&M for $10. I'm loving the ruffles and the pleats, though I'm weary that the ruffles might be a little over the top. I paired my newly acquired dress with a cropped brocade blazer and belt, then decided to take it all off and go simple.
