Lately I've been seeing a lot of 'Bib Necklace Tanks' around. I love a good Bib Necklace and I love a great Tank, but do I love them together in all their attached glory? Of course I do, with boyfriend jeans and a great wedge (or flats) for a spring time casual chic. I however don't love the $154 price tag on one of them, but that's what I'm here for to find it for less. Alas I found it for $11.99 at Kohl's ( in a number of colors!)
